Abstract | The purpose of this study was to compare the proficiency in English grammar, speaking and reading skills of Grade 9 students in the Mini English Program and the Gifted Program at Mukdahan School, Mukdahan province, Thailand. The subjects were 20 students in the Mini English Program and 20 in the Gifted Program. The subjects’ grammar, speaking and reading performance was measured by a paper test. |
